Back in 2006 I started a dog walking business from scratch, offering off-leash group walks in an area that was already saturated with competitors. There were so many times I wished I had someone I could ask for help.

How could I stand out from the competition? How could I find really great clients who I’d love working with? Was I charging too much? Too little?  

It was a long road of trial and error, but after years of figuring out what works, I landed on a system that filled my schedule, allowed me to never work weekends or holidays and take vacations. I even have a wait list of potential clients hoping their dogs will be accepted into my pack should I have a space come available.
