You don't need a Pro account to use my templates, but if you want to take your graphics to the highest level possible, I do recommend upgrading. 

Pro accounts have added benefits, like being able to use premium elements, fonts, images and music, save your brand colors and upload your own fonts.

Some of our templates do use premium elements. If you don't have a pro account with Canva you'll need to purchase those elements (typically $1 each) or replace them.

Don't worry if you've never used Canva before, I've got you covered! Members have access to video tutorials on how to use and customize your templates. It's easy to do, so even if you're not tech savvy you'll be able to learn how to use the basic tools within minutes. When you download your first template you'll be prompted to set up a Canva account, easy peasy! 

You can add your own logo with one click, then place it wherever you want & alter the size if needed. Video tutorials are available inside the membership to show you how. Even if you're not tech savvy you'll be able to do it easily! 

Not at all. The templates will be ready to use. If you'd like to change the colors to match your brand all you need to do is click the color you'd like to change and select the color of your choice. You can add your own logo with one click, then place it wherever you want. Download your final graphic and you're all set. You can easily batch your entire month of content in record time. The membership includes short, clear tutorial videos to show you how, and I'm available via email or the members Facebook group if you need assistance.

You can keep templates you've downloaded even if you cancel.

You can cancel your own subscription at any time in your account settings. Just be sure to cancel prior to your next billing date. Due to the digital nature of the product once you've been charged there are no refunds.

Annual subscriptions will renew one year from the original purchase date, and monthly subscriptions renew monthly from the date of your purchase. 

You can customize colors, fonts and most elements of the templates. Swap out the photos or videos or upload your own, you can even add your logo if you choose. It only takes a couple clicks of the mouse and voila, you're done!

As a member you'll get access to a library of video tutorials to show you how. 

If you have a Pro account in Canva, all the photos are included. 

Some images/graphics may be premium assets, so if you don't have a Pro account with Canva you can purchase them for a small fee (typically $1) or replace them if you choose which a free image or one of your own images.

The templates are suitable for all kinds of businesses, including dog walkers, dog trainers, dog daycare, pet boutiques and dog groomers as well as social media managers specializing in pet brands. 

They also work well for other businesses who wish to target dog owners, such as pet-friendly apartment complexes, for example.

The graphics are made to primarily appeal to pet parents in the 25-50 year old range, who treat their pets like family. If this is your target market the graphics may be a good fit for your business.

Yes, just as long as they access them directly through your Canva account. You can't share or import the templates to another account. 

If you have a VA, IC or employee on your team who needs access to the templates through their own Canva account, they will need their own subscription to the membership. 

Yes! Support is available via email and in the private Facebook group. You can also use Canva's support team. 

While you can’t share the actual template with clients you absolutely can use the templates to create graphics for your clients! Clients must be given edited files in a format such as .jpg, .png, .mp4, .pdf, or similar. These must be customized by changing the fonts/colors, adding your client logo or name. While Canva does provide templates, the ones geared toward pets are few, and it can take hours (heck, let's be real, forever) to make your own from scratch or customize one.

Our templates are created from scratch (they are NOT the same templates you'll find on Canva) specifically for pet brands. This saves you tons of time searching for the right layout, images and elements.

On top of that, our templates are created to optimize Instagram engagement. This means we stay on top of the latest trends and Instagram's algorithm so you see better results.

Many of the templates are universal, however templates are released based on seasons in the U.S. and will reference fall, spring, summer and winter topics in alignment with our seasons. Some include recipes with imperial system measurements and National and U.S. holidays as well.
